Ottos Five And Dime ships via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and destination. If you have a P.O. box, please include both your P.O. box and your street address in your shipping address, so that your package will be sure to reach you regardless of shipping method. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you need your package by a specific date, please leave a note in the “Comments” section when checking out.
To conserve natural resources, Otto’s Five And Dime reuses boxes and packing material whenever possible. Please excuse any marks or stickers on boxes from their previous travels.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Otto’s Five And Dime does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason we gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the sale date. Please have your original receipt. We ask that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions and tags intact. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please e-mail us. We will pay for return postage for damaged or defective merchandise and send you a new product as soon as we receive the damaged goods.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Please contact us by e-mail and see if it can be specially ordered! We are more than happy to do this when we can. Please note, however, that since special ordered items are not normally carried in our inventory, they must be ргеpaid. There are no returns on special order items.
